PigWars
Build a pig. Spend its skill points. Watch it fight for its life.
PigWars is an auto-battler with no controls during a fight. You shape a pig's stats and skills beforehand — strength, intelligence, aura, empathy — and then its behaviour is entirely its own. It decides when to charge, when to heal an ally, and when to run.
Permadeath is always on. When a pig dies it stays dead, and it joins your ancestry with the epithet it earned. Its descendants inherit a shard of its experience, and nothing else.

What a fight looks like
Pigs move across an isometric grid with elevation and fog of war, seeing only as far as their vision stat allows. A pig with high strength stuns on hit. One with high aura shields its neighbours. One with low intelligence and low will panics and flees — unless it's the last one standing, in which case it fights to the end.
Why an account is required
Battles are simulated on the server, not in your browser, so results can't be edited by the client. That means the server needs to know whose pigs are whose — which is what the account is for. It also means your roster and ancestry follow you between devices.
