PigWars

These terms apply when you play PigWars on Android or in a browser at pigwars.app. By playing, you agree to them. They are short on purpose.
The game
PigWars is free to play. Your pigs, their progress and anything you unlock in the game are a licence to use them in the game, not property you own, and they have no cash value. Permadeath is part of the game: a pig that dies in battle is not restored.
The game is still being developed. Balance, skills, rewards and features can change, and online play can be interrupted or reset while that happens.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
- Your stable and pig names must not be offensive, impersonate someone, or contain personal information. We may rename them.
- You can delete your account at any time — see Delete your data.
Fair play
Don't:
- cheat, or modify, reverse-engineer or tamper with the game client or its network traffic;
- exploit bugs to gain an advantage — report them instead;
- use bots or automation to play or to farm rewards;
- attack, overload or try to get unauthorised access to the servers.
We may suspend or delete accounts that do, and remove anything gained that way.
Ads and rewards
The Android app shows ads, as described in the Privacy Policy. Rewarded ads are always optional, and their rewards are cosmetic only — they never make a pig stronger.
No warranty
PigWars is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will be available, error-free, or that progress will never be lost. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect loss arising from playing it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes too. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new version.
